Return Policy - non engraved items
You may return any unengraved item for any reason for a 100% refund less shipping
and handling provided it is received by us within 30 days from the date we shipped
and we have received it in it's unused condition and in it's original packaging.
We are not responsible for items lost on their way back to us. There may be
a restocking or damage charge for items improperly returned.
Please include with the return the order number beginning with A.

Improperly packaged returns
Improperly packaged returns where the item can
be damaged may be subject to a restocking charge.
Return Policy - engraved items or items altered at the customer's request Engraved or personalized items CANNOT be returned and are not covered by the above money back
policy BUT if there is a spelling error or if the item is structurally damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns of Holiday purchases
We have extended our return deadline for holiday purchases.
Items shipped between November 1 and December 15 may be returned in accordance with the policy below by the following January 15 for refunds.
